July 2025 — Quadric IT earned the Runner-Up distinction at the prestigious AI 4 Andhra Police Hackathon 2025, hosted by the Andhra Pradesh Police and Innovation Society. The event aimed to showcase how artificial intelligence can transform public safety and modern policing. Competing against over 170 teams from across India, Quadric IT emerged among the top 12 finalists and demonstrated its innovation excellence.
At the heart of this achievement was Blue Query, an AI-driven multilingual voice assistant that enables police officers to seamlessly query the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network & Systems (CCTNS) using simple voice or text commands in both English and Telugu.
What is Blue Query?
Blue Query is a secure, offline AI-powered solution that simplifies access to law enforcement data. Officers can use natural language commands to instantly retrieve detailed crime records without writing any code. For example:
“Show all pending POCSO cases in Nellore after July 2024.”
The assistant responds with real-time Oracle SQL queries, visual reports, and key insights—completely offline and without third-party API access.

The Blue Query project was built by Sujay Anishetti and SaiAjit Bhavaraju, under the guidance of Raghu T. (SAP Expert and Mentor at Quadric IT), along with advisors Kesari Sai Sabniveesu, Priyatham Thatavarthy, and Kamal Chand Kotha.
Mentorship support on the ground was provided by Sri Tushar Dudi, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Bapatla.

Quadric IT is now actively exploring opportunities to pilot Blue Query within real-world policing systems in Andhra Pradesh. The goal is to build long-term collaborations that bring measurable improvements to law enforcement operations.
